If you love cheese and chocolate as much as I do, then you will surly be in heaven here! With quite a few locations to choose from in Southern California, there are also many others spread throughout the United States. Experience Fondue Paradise at The Melting Pot

You get to customize your fondue experience any way you like. Their menu allows you to order 1, 2, 3, or 4 courses. Whether you’re craving a duet of cheese and chocolate fondue or want to experience all four courses, you can pick and choose to your hearts content. We went with the 4-Course Experience in order to give you all a little taste of what you can expect here.

4-Course Experience

1. Select one cheese fondue per cooktop.
2. Select your individual salad.
3. Select your individual entrée from their menu.
4. Select one chocolate fondue per cooktop

Looking for a morning pick me up to get your day going? Most mornings I need a good cup of joe to help wake myself up and to get going. This is where Bruxie comes in, but honestly I could have Bruxie for breakfast, lunch and dinner! 😉 Earlier this week I was invited to come in and try out Bruxie’s new custom crafted coffee, The BOLD Blend! I have been a long time fan of Bruxie ever since I saw friends post some mouthwatering photos of the offerings here on their Facebook pages back in 2010. I was determined to go try this place out after that and planned a meet-up for brunch at the Orange location with a local meet-up group that I am an assistant organizer for. I’ve been hooked ever since! Now that they have this amazing Bold Blend Coffee to compliment the waffle sandwiches, I will be even more tempted to go here!

Bruxie now offers a new locally roasted proprietary blend of 100% Fair Trade Coffee lovingly called “The Bold Blend.” The idea is to offer folks a coffee experience that would be bold and complex enough to stand up to and complement the flavors on the Bruxie menu. After trying it myself, I would have to say they have succeeded! 🙂

Pictured with the Bold Blend here is the Green Eggs & Ham, Lemon Cream & Berries, and Smoked Salmon Lox & Dill Cream Cheese. All are heavenly and will leave you craving more. I always am!

True Love and Endless Love Equals Endless Fondue this Valentine’s Day at The Melting Pot OC when it hosts “Endless Love of Fondue” from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on February 14^th, 2014. A top choice for Best Romantic Dining Experience, The Melting Pot OC will treat guests to an intimate celebration that includes a menu of savory fondues, complete with rose petals and candles, a bouquet of fresh aromatic red roses, a bottle of Champagne, fresh strawberries and silky chocolate fondue. Thinking of getting engaged on this special night? Let The Melting Pot be the setting for your romantic engagement!

Couples who make a reservation for The Melting Pot’s proposal package will receive one free chocolate fondue each month for one year! How’s that for a SWEET deal? Couples’ packages start at $275 the True Romance Package featuring a six-course fondue dinner, a half-dozen red roses and premium Champagne, and $375 for The Proposal Package, featuring a six-course fondue dinner, a dozen red roses, premium Champagne with commemorative sparkling wine flutes and one complimentary chocolate fondue each month for one year.

Valentine’s Day menu prices range from $64.95 to $69.95 per person. The Melting Pot has two locations in Orange County: The Melting Pot Brea, located at 375 W. Birch Street, (714) 671-6000; and The Melting Pot Irvine, located at 2646 Dupont Dr.,(949) 955-3242. Reservations are recommended.

On Valentine’s Day, guests may choose from two menus: Endless Love, a prix fixe six-course fondue and choice cuts entrée from $64.95 to $69.95 and Late Night Romance, a light bite menu available from 10 p.m. to 11 p.m., featuring cheese fondue, farm fresh salad, chocolate fondue with a celebratory cocktail from $22.95 to $29.95. The Melting pot is the perfect spot for a romantic night out!
