Knott's Soak City

Knott’s Soak City Waterpark reopens its gates for another wet and wild summer during its longest season yet, on select dates through September 18th. Catch a ride down 23 different speed, tube and body slides or take a relaxing trip down one of the longest lazy rivers in the country. The 15-acre water park has something for each member of the family.

Relax in the one‑third‑mile Sunset River. This is where you can find me spending most of my time at. On this classic lazy river, you can nestle down into a colorful, cushy inner tube, put your shades on, lie back and let the gentle current do all the work of advancing you down and around the river. You’ll meander down the 1,780-foot long waterway to a destination of pure relaxation and enjoy some delightful scenery along the way. Sunset River is an excellent way for everyone in the family to cool off and chill out.

For the kids there’s a super fun three‑story Beach House, featuring 200 interactive water guns, nozzles, faucets, sprayers and other interactive surprises. Exclusively for tomorrow’s surfers, the Beach House offers three stories of hands-on water fun. And beware! Every five minutes the water bucket unloads 500 gallons of water on anyone below!

For the really little ones there’s Gremmie Lagoon offering the smallest thrill seekers their own pint sized playground for hours of California summer fun! Little tadpoles will love this scaled down version of some of Soak City’s most popular high speed thrills. Kids can jump and splash around with the interactive octopus that reside here or climb aboard a miniature submarine that is ready to have kids slip and slide into the shallow puddle below. Oversized landmarks and animals of all shapes and size will squirt, sprinkle, soak and splash kids and parents too!

Pray the weather clears on the Typhoon, Tornado and Cyclone tube slides atop the 43-ft.-high Laguna Storm Watch Tower. Ride alone or with a friend on your inflatable raft to help you steer through the stormy waters ahead.

Knott’s Soak City brings all the fantastic fun and excitement of the Pacific Ocean to the inland with its ginormous-in-size and ginormous-in-fun Tidal Wave Bay! Holding 750,000 gallons of water, this state-of-the-art wave pool has enough room for everyone in the family to spread their flippers and catch some excellent waves.

Ride over the 4-foot crests like a bodysurfing pro. Little ones can take it easy in the zero-drop entrance of the pool, where waves are mere ripples, but still loads of fun. What’s more, Tidal Wave Bay is surrounded by lounge chairs and cabanas, so chilling out by the pool is always an option. Whatever your need for fun in the California sun, Tidal Wave Bay has you covered.

The Wedge is an open-air family raft ride where up to six guests at a time will descend navigating twists and turns and unexpected drops. Grab a friend or five, hop aboard, and hold on tight as your raft is ready to slip and slide down this super long family-friendly waterslide.

No need to bring your own raft. This slide is complete with its very own raft conveyor belt. The family-sized tube will meet your party at the top of your aquatic adventure and be your vessel on this slippery summer journey.

Rafts for the Wedge can accommodate as few as two riders and as many as six riders or up to one thousand pounds.

Race against your friends in the thrilling Banzai Falls water slide to see who is the fastest slider of them all. Grab your mat and get ready to slide belly down, head first on this six (6) lane aquatic race way. Climb your way up the 41 foot high Banzai Falls and let er rip.

I am ready for a fun filled Soak City Summer! What better way to cool off and stay cool than at a water park? Soak City is open mid-May through early-September. Grab your swimming trunks and sunscreen and plan your day at Knott’s Soak City Waterpark before summer ends! Separate admission required.
