Hatch Chile Cheese Board & Giveaway!

Hatch Chile Cheese Board & Giveaway!

By Erin

Baby it’s hot outside! Turn up the heat this weekend without having to slave over a hot stove. With temperatures rising above 100 this weekend, keep your cool, but still enjoy some heat by making one of these beautiful cheese boards filled with lots of Melissa’s Produce Hatch Chile items! They are so easy to make!

First get a board or platter to make it on and grab some of your favorite cheeses to place where you want first. Some of my favorites include smoked gouda, mozzarella balls, pepper jack, and Brie.

Then start placing the other fruits, veggies, and hatch chile snacks where you want them. Add edible flowers and other herbs to add a special touch. Here are some of the hatch chile items I included in this board; Hatch Pepper Kettle Corn, Hatch Pepper Popcorn, Red Hatch Pepper Pecans, Green Hatch Pepper Pecans, and Hatch Pepper Clean Snax. It’s that easy!

The Hatch at Home Box has so many delicious items to enjoy and create the ultimate Hatch-at-Home experiences with this bounty of essentials.

Here’s what you get when you purchase this box: (make sure to enter below too for a chance to win one!) Hatch Pepper Salsa, Hatch Pepper Shaker (Red Hot), Hatch Pepper Shaker (Green Mild), Hatch Popcorn, Hatch Kettle Corn, Hatch Seasoning, Hatch Pecans-Red, Hatch Pecans-Green, Hatch Polenta, Hatch Clean Snax®, Dried Hatch Pepper – Hot.

Melissa’s Dried Hatch Peppers will start to heat things up in this collection. Unlike fresh peppers, dried peppers do not lose heat, taste, flavor or aroma when cooked.

Hatch Pepper Shakers, which are basically just dehydrated peppers, are a great way to incorporate Hatch seamlessly into your favorite recipes.

What’s the difference between red and green Hatch? Hatch peppers that are left on the vine longer until they turn red result in a deep rich flavor, whereas the green peppers are picked sooner and offer a bright, zesty flavor.

Melissa’s Hatch Salsa makes for a great anytime condiment; spoon over eggs, pair with tortilla chips, or finish any dish that calls for a kick of Hatch that’s right upfront.

Hatch Seasoning is an excellent accompaniment to anything you feel like grilling. Add to burgers, sprinkle over veg … you name it!

Whether entertaining or just wanting something to nibble on, we love serving Melissa’s Hatch Polenta as rounds, piled high with savory toppings.
If you’re the kind of person that prefers snacking over full-blown meals, this box has you covered. Hatch Clean Snax®, Hatch Popcorn, Kettle Corn and not one but two different types of Hatch Pecans round out the snack offerings in this bundle.

This collection has everything you need to make your own Hatch at home memories this year.

Enter for a chance to win your own Hatch at Home Box from Melissa’s Produce to enjoy! Must be +18 years old to enter and live in the 48 continental United States. See sweepstakes tab on blog for more info about giveaways. Good-luck!

  2. I am so undecisive as to whether I want the salsa or the pecans the most. uuuugggghhh ok the pecans.

  3. I wish I could join the giveaway but it is not available in my region. I love the cheeseboard and everything on it! I will save this for reference for when I can host a small party. Or maybe I can make this on the weekend for a date night at home with my husband. 🙂

  4. My husband would want all of these products. He would especially like the shakers so he could add some flavoring to his food. I would love to try the popcorn.

  5. Omgosh, I soooooo want to try those hatch pepper pecans!!! The thought of them is just making my mouth water lol.

  6. I would love to try the hatch pepper salsa, We love salsa in this house so it would be a good one to try that i think even my youngest would enjoy.

  7. The Hatch salsa, I grew up in NM and left at age 23 when I married my husband who at the time was stationed in NM. My family has since moved back to the East Coast, as have my husband and I, but I plan on taking our children to NM so they too can see what a beautiful state it is.
