Minnie Mouse Hot Cocoa Bombs

Makes 8-10 Hot Coco Minnie Mouse Bombs

Ingredients

2 Silicone Sphere Molds – found on amazon

1 – 30 oz of Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate melting wafers

2 cups of hot cocoa mix

1 disposable piping bag

1 cookie sheet fitted with wax paper

2 cups Mini Marshmallows

1 package of Wilton Royal Icing Bows

Directions

This part is 100% optional and a personal choice:

Cut the silicone molds so that each sphere mold is by itself as shown
here. I did this because I felt it was easier to control
the mold when working with the melted chocolate.

Making hot cocoa bombs

Use a paper towel or clean kitchen towel and wipe the inside of the
silicone molds. This will allow your chocolate mold to have a shiny
coat on it.

Remove about 16-20 size matching pieces of the melting wafers and set aside.

ANAHEI’M FIRST–Support Local Businesses

By Erin

AnaheI'm First

This year has been a rough one. Ever since covid hit earlier this year we’ve all pretty much been at home. This has caused some very challenging times for all of us because of our ever changing stay at home orders and restrictions. I have been supporting local restaurants and shops as much as I can during this time. I partnered up with ANAHEI’M FIRST for this sponsored post, to share the FREE, easy and instant access to the best deals for the best places in Anaheim. All opinions are my own and I just love dining out (or getting take-out in 2020) to support local small businesses.

“Shop local” and support local restaurants and small businesses during these very challenging times. Orange County along with the rest of Southern California, is still under extreme purple-tier restrictions, which means take-out only. BUT, restaurants and shops are STILL open and need YOUR support more than ever.

ANAHEI’M FIRST

The ANAHEI’M FIRST program helps local restaurants and small businesses in Anaheim. ANAHEI’M FIRST is for the city, its restaurants and small businesses, residents of Anaheim and others in the area. The program is FREE, and the sign-up process is easy. There are a lot of great restaurants AND breweries participating, and plenty of offers to take advantage of to help you save money.

Visit https://anaheimfirst.com/ and click the “JOIN NOW” button. Sign up with your cell phone number and your email address and passes will be delivered instantly to your phone and email. No need to download any apps. It’s so easy and convenient to use. Here are a couple of the deals I have already used myself:

ANAHEI’M FIRST deals

*This deal says Dine-in only, but as there is currently no dine-in available they are honoring this deal for take-out* The tacos are delicious, so make sure to try at lest one of each! 😉

ANAHEI’M FIRST
