A lot of my friends have had much success with intermittent fasting, which this book goes into great detail about. I have been curious to learn more about it and how it works in greater length. I have been able to do that and to try it for myself with this book. I am a fan so far!

  3. I’ve heard a lot of things about the intermittent fasting. But I didn’t think it has so many benefits. I am impressed that it has a lot of benefits on our health. I am so glad that this diet is considering this

  4. Intermittent fasting has so many benefits. My doctor told me that one of the best things you can do for yourself is to fast. She said fasting is literally like a miracle cure for so many things and that intermittent fasting is a good way to start helping your body heal!
