Have a little fun during the holiday season with this easy Christmas iced coffee with coffee ice cubes. These cute gingerbread boy and girl coffee cubes make for one of the easiest Christmas coffee drinks to make at home.

Gingerbread Coffee Ice Cubes

Prep time: 15 minutes

Total time: overnight for freezing

Serves: 4

Ingredients

2 cups of coffee prepared to the sweetness that you like

4 cups of milk

Wilton Gingerbread Silicone Mold (you can get one of these adorable gingerbread man molds from Amazon!)

Instructions

  1. Pour coffee into gingerbread man ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
  2. Pour milk into cups and place two cubes per cup. The result will be a delicious, lightly tasting coffee milk beverage. Wow friends and family at all of your holiday get togethers with these adorable coffee ice cubes!
