St. Patrick's Day Hot Chocolate Drink with Lucky Charms

St. Patrick’s Day Hot Chocolate anyone? If you’re looking for a fun recipe that’s perfect for St. Patrick’s Day then look no further! This St. Patrick’s Day Hot Chocolate will delight both kids and adults, it’s magically delicious as it’s topped with lucky charms! It’s super quick and easy to make, but sure to be a crowd pleaser.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Total time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup of chocolate chips (you can use milk chocolate, or white chocolate if making a green chocolate)

2 cups of milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp green powder or green food coloring for green drinking hot chocolate

Sprinkles and Lucky Charms Marshmallows for garnish

Whipping cream

*For +21 adults ONLY– if you want to add a little luck o’the Irish, then just add a shot of Baileys Irish Cream and you’ll have an extra special treat to enjoy for St. Patrick’s Day!

Instructions 
  1. On medium heat mix all ingredients together. Stir until melted.
  2. Pour into cups and top with whipping cream and garnishes!

Watermelon seeds were even found in King Tut’s tomb! What better way to celebrate this ancient berry in a feast of juicy deliciousness on National Watermelon day than with a refreshing Watermelon Margarita!

  • In the early days, watermelons were used as canteens.
  • The word “watermelon” first appeared in the English dictionary in 1615.
  • Watermelons take about 90 days to grow, from planting to harvesting.

Watermelon Margarita Yield: 1 8 oz glass Prep Time: 3 min Total Time: 3 min

Ingredients:
2 cups Fresh seedless watermelon, skin removed 2 oz cup Tequila
1 oz Triple sec
1⁄2 oz cup Fresh lime juice
2 oz Margarita mixture
1 tsp Honey
1 cup Ice
Tajin seasoning for rim
Limes for garnish

Directions:
Add watermelon, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, margarita mix, and honey to a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
Strain Into a pitcher, removing pulp.
Pour the mixture into a Tajin rim glass and serve with lime.

Spice things up this summer with a Devils Fire Shot! If it’s not hot enough out for you already, this fun Bloody Mary shot will have you feeling the heat.

Yields: 2 shots Prep Time: 4 min Total Time: 4 min

Ingredients:
2 oz Chipotle Tequila
2 oz Pepper Vodka
4 oz Spicy Bloody Mary Mix

Garnish with jalapeno, lime and cilantro from Melissa’s Produce!

Directions:
Add all of the ingredients in a bar shaker with ice. Shake well to combine.
Strain and serve in a shot glass. Add jalapeno, lime, and cilantro as garnish.
