Knott’s Scary Farm 2025. My Favorite Nightmare Returns for Its 52nd Season 👻
Scary Farm has a special place in my heart. I’ve been covering this ghoulish gem for over a decade now, and every fall it feels like coming home, if “home” were crawling with monsters, fog, and blood-curdling screams. The above photo is from way back in 2013 when I actually got to join the monsters for a group photo, and I swear, their twisted smiles have haunted me ever since.

This year, Knott’s Scary Farm celebrates 52 years of turning nightmares into reality and trust me, they’re not slowing down. Running select nights Sept. 18 through Nov. 1, 2025, the event promises 28 nights of bone-chilling fun with 10 terrifying mazes, 5 sinister scare zones, and 3 shows that will leave you shaking (and maybe laughing nervously) all night long.

🕯️ New Mazes for 2025
Mary – The Haunting of Worth Home
Step inside a once-beautiful home haunted by Mary, who was violently murdered and buried alive after the tragic loss of her family. She’s back, along with her army of nightmarish creatures, and revenge is the only thing on their minds.
The Zoo
An abandoned zoo has been taken over by animal/human hybrid experiments gone horribly wrong. The cages are open, the mutants are angry, and rumor has it they’re planning something monstrous.

💀 Returning Mazes (Fan Favorites & Final Years!)
Eight Fingers Nine: The Boogeyman – A colonial town plagued by a finger-eating monster (don’t fall asleep—he’ll find you).
Widows – Step into a web-covered nursing home crawling with demonic black widows and their unsuspecting hosts.

Room 13 – Prohibition-era mystery and murder fueled by a deadly cocktail known as The Devil’s Elixir.
Cinema Slasher – Walk through the silver screen into a trilogy of slasher movies where YOU are the prey.
The Chilling Chambers – A twisted tribute to Scary Farm’s greatest monsters and most infamous scares through the decades.

The Grimoire (Final Year) – Enter the cursed book one last time before its dark tales close forever.
Mesmer: Sideshow of the Mind (Final Year) – The hypnotic carnival of phobias returns for its curtain call.
Origins: The Curse of Calico – Discover the fog-shrouded secrets of Sarah Marshall and the town cursed by witchcraft.

Foodie Guide to Wisconsin Dells: The Flavors You Can’t Miss

Where to Eat in Wisconsin Dells: A Food Lover’s Guide

Foodie Guide to Wisconsin Dells: The Flavors You Can’t Miss. What to Eat in the Wisconsin Dells

Here is my foodie guide to Wisconsin Dells! From cheese curds to ice cream, our Wisconsin Dells trip was basically a full-time snacking job, and we took it VERY seriously. In just a couple of days, we devoured our way through tacos, steak, diner breakfasts straight out of a movie, and desserts that deserve their own fan club. Whether it was lakeside bites with a view or late-night treats after the waterparks, every stop was worth every calorie (and then some). And the craziest part? We barely scratched the surface, there are SO many more spots we’re wanting to try next time. Wisconsin Dells, you fed us well… and we’re already planning round two for next summer.

Here are a handful of standout restaurants that fueled our foodie expedition:

1. Bella Goose Coffee – Cafe on the River

Address: 2370 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy, Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965
This charming riverside café is famous for its freshly roasted, house-made syrups and welcoming, home-style vibe. Tucked beside the Kilbourn Dam, it’s perfect for sipping a standout latte and indulging in breakfast or lunch with a view.

2. Mr. Pancake

Address: 1405 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy, WI 53965
A beloved Dells classic, Mr. Pancake whips up made-from-scratch pancakes, waffles, and omelets daily, with fan-favorite specials like Hot Fudge Banana Split Waffle, Strawberry Pancakes, and savory blintzes. Breakfast dreams do come true here! I had the blueberry pancakes and they were delicious!
