I’m Erin—SoCal born and raised, a lifelong horse lover, proud Auntie, and endlessly curious explorer. My passion for horses and animals is just the beginning. I love travel, photography, creating and sharing delicious recipes, magical Disneyland days, discovering new foodie, coffee, and tea spots, beach adventures, wine tastings, charity events, fun runs, and uncovering hidden gems, especially when they’re fun for both adults and kids.
