Universal Studios Hollywood’s All-New Isla Nu-bar and Jurassic Café is a Foodie Paradise

Universal Studios Hollywood’s All-New Isla Nu-bar and Jurassic Café

By Erin

The Jurassic Park ride at Universal Studios Hollywood was one of my favorites as a child. I am so happy that it will be back this summer along with some delicious eats and drinks!

Delicious Costa Rican-inspired cuisine and flavorful Tiki cocktails are being served up at Jurassic Café and at the all-new tropical Isla Nu-bar, adding to the dynamic guest experience as part of Universal Studios Hollywood’s new mega attraction opening this summer, “Jurassic World—The Ride,” based on the JURASSIC WORLD blockbuster films.

Along with an array of souvenir collectible, limited edition and one-of-a-kind dimensional dinosaur sculptures from the Jurassic Outfitters store, guests can savor a piece of this exciting thrill ride even after they’ve gone home.

Borrowing its name from the fictitious Central American island in the JURASSIC WORLD movies, the stand-alone, open-air Isla Nu-bar, complete with a thatched roof, serves up tropical-themed Tiki cocktails in three collectible cups:  Etched Tiki, Bamboo-styled Tiki and Tiki God.

Whether blended or made-to-order with fresh juices, every aromatic blended drink is adorned with a pineapple leaf and edible orchid flower.  Flavorable beverages include Tropical Margarita, Piña Colada and Painkiller, along with island cocktails such as Tiki Tai, Bird of Paradise, Ti Peach, Rum Runner and Mai Tai.

Celebrity Cruises Celebrates the Launch of “The Celebrity Revolution”.

By Monica

Last weekend I joined a group of travel agents and travel influencers at a very fun event held at the OUE Skyspace that was hosted by Celebrity Cruises and Los Angeles Travel Magazine! Located in the iconic US Bank Tower in downtown Los Angeles. During the event we were able to enjoy 360-degree views from nearly 1,000 feet above the streets of Los Angeles and the thrill of gliding down a 45ft glass Skyslide that takes you down from the 70th floor to the 69th floor.

We were greeted with cocktails and small bites while enjoying the wonderful views of Los Angeles.

The event was hosted by Celebrity Cruises and Los Angeles Travel Magazine to celebrate the launch of “The Celebrity Revolution”. You might already know this, but just in case, let me remind you all about Celebrity Cruises.

Celebrity Cruises’ iconic “X” is the mark of modern luxury, with its cool, contemporary design and warm spaces; dining experiences where the design of the venues is as important as the cuisine; and the amazing service that only Celebrity can provide, all created to provide an unmatchable experience for vacationers’ precious time.
